DISC Communication Style Assessment and Workshop

The ability to communicate effectively with people may be the difference between success and failure in both our work and personal lives. DISC is a highly validated personal assessment that provides insights into observable behavior and gives us an objective view of the communication connection between people.

It is a great tool for new teams; for offsite retreats; for small offices – really any person or group interested in learning how to adapt their communication style for increased effectiveness.

During this popular workshop, participants receive a personalized report to increase their self-awareness. Everyone will learn the difference in conflict styles; the value of each style to the team; and how to adapt their style for more impactful communications. They will leave with practical tools and knowledge they can immediately put into action.

360 Feedback

Leading is not a static endeavor – it means continually learning and evolving to increase your self-awareness and refining your skillset. 360 feedback is an important tool for executives and managers because it gives them rich, candid feedback from those they work with (their manager, peers and subordinates) about their work style and effectiveness.

I can help the executive integrate the feedback and design and implement a plan to increase both their effectiveness and personal satisfaction.
