As the VP of a growing technology/manufacturing company, I am pulled in a lot of directions where everything seems to be urgent, but not always important, and it’s easy to lose sight of my personal and professional development.

Coaching is about facilitating positive change. It's about helping you move from where you are, to where you want to go. People who are coached are usually passionate people who want more from their professional and personal lives. A coach helps them set larger, more rewarding goals; develops a strategy to achieve them; and provides support throughout the process. While the direction of the coaching is unique to each client, the achievement of goals is something that comes more quickly as a result of the partnership.

I focus on coaching “leaders of leaders”, leadership teams, and top talent to accelerate their professional and personal development. I help them leverage their strengths, improve performance, and challenge themselves to higher levels of personal and professional fulfillment.

My coaching style is straight talk with lightness and humor. I create a safe space for my clients to explore possibilities, be vulnerable, and say what they need to say. I ask the not-so-obvious questions and offer a different perspective on situations. I am known for my ability to help clients find language for sensitive and/or emotional conversations. I work with each person to become more self-aware, and to help them become a more effective leader in a way that aligns with their values and strengths, and honors their uniqueness.
