As the VP of a growing technology/manufacturing company, I am pulled in a lot of directions where everything seems to be urgent, but not always important, and it’s easy to lose sight of my personal and professional development.

  • DISC Communication Style Assessment and Workshop

    The ability to communicate effectively with people may be the difference between success and failure in both our work and personal lives. DISC is a highly validated personal assessment that provides insights into observable behavior and gives us an objective view of the communication connection between people.

    It is a great tool for new teams; for offsite retreats; for small offices – really any person or group interested in learning how to adapt their communication style for increased effectiveness.

    During the workshop, you will learn the difference in conflict styles; the value of each style to the team; and how to manage and motivate. Participants will leave the workshop with a personalized report and practical tools and knowledge they can immediately put into action.

  • 360 Feedback

    This is an important tool for executives and managers because it gives them rich, candid feedback from those they work with about their work style and effectiveness. It’s possible that your company already uses a computerized 360 instrument. If not, I offer a “live 360”- a customized, confidential live interview with superiors, direct reports and peers, that provides an opportunity to go deeper with questioning when appropriate.
